Thanks for stopping by my page.  I'm excited to have a place to share my insights as well as information of some of the coolest things on the market. (or not yet on the market)

Insurance can be pretty boring let's face it.  The fun part is, we're reinventing it every day.  From analytics to drone technology, or self driving cars and artificial intelligence, we're changing, fast.

I often reflect on what I call the "Uber Phenomenon." Uber is now valued at $60 billion dollars, for a US Market that generates about $7 billion in fares each year and has left an industry upside down.  How?

Industries all over are having this type of disruption; companies and start-ups that are much more agile, smaller, scale quicker and are cutting edge.  They're also a fun, new approach to stale industries.

"How do you innovate to lead an industry?  You give your people the power to do it."

I'm a change agent, an entrepreneur, and a bold visionary. I'm curious about everything and scared of nothing.  People drive change through technology; not business requirements, project panels or "back-in" approaches to innovation.  How are you innovating?
